Water Treatment and Power Flushing
Old systems unfortunately if not treated on installation suffer from corrosion from ferrous metals within the system. This in time leads to the production of scale and sludge deposits building up. In turn these deposits affect the flow of water through the system and create air in the system. Resulting in loss of efficiency and boiler damage due to reduced flow rate.
We can with specialist equipment and chemicals, remove these deposits and breathe life into your system giving protection against further corrosion. This procedure is essential on many systems when upgrading with Band A Condensing boilers. All chemicals used are disposed of within water regulation guidelines to avoid damage to the environment. |

All aspects of central heating including under floor systems which eliminate radiators. Domestic & light commercial to 60 k.w. We can offer you the best advice on a range of products and systems including alteration and upgrading. We are happy to work on old open flued boilers, Mr T Tracey Junior has a wealth of knowledge on these older appliances.
All systems installed include full de-scale and water treatment to protect them from corrosion.

Certificate Notification
Our installations are all benchmarked and guaranteed with the manufacturer giving a no nonsense boiler warranty. All works are certified and notified to your local building authority via Corgi Registration Systems. This means you receive a certificate of compliance text from building control.
As from June 07 this will be a necessity for your home buyers pack; should you sell your property. T Tracey & Sons is a member of the Competent Person Scheme via Corgi and this is a competent company.
